Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. As for durability time will tell, however it seems like a good quality material. We bought a throw to lay down if we eat or the dog is on it just to help maintain the color.. Alex B. Chicago. Regarding the sofa: there is a distinct gap in between the upper cushions and bottom part of the sofa when in its upright position. Likewise I'm not sure the sleeping portion that pulls out/up is perfectly installed, as it's a little tricky to slide/push/pull it into place, in both positions (it sticks/jams -- I have video of the gentleman who assembled the piece having a bit of trouble). I paid for set-up, so I'm not sure what to attribute the problem to, although there is leftover hardware, which seems odd. It is comfortable, and looks decent, but I'd definitely pay more for reversible pillows/cushions, both for convenience (spills/stains that can't be immediately laundered) and a longer life span (sagging). Re: shipping: when ordering BE SURE to check all appropriate boxes specifying where exactly you want the item delivered, as FedEx left the TWO VERY HEAVY boxes ON THE STREET in front of my apartment building (not in the locked vestibule), even though I was home, buzzed the delivery man in, and asked him to help me get the boxes to the landing of my apartment, which he refused to do; I'm very dissatisfied with FedEx (and their customer service after the fact as well).. Really love this chaise lounge! It is extremely comfortable. Its like having a second bed. Its my dog's favorite piece of furniture too. I was able to build it by myself. It wasn't hard. It comes in two huge oversized boxes tho that weigh 90ish pounds each. The cushions immediately puffed up for me. The only thing i was a little disappointed on is it doesn't look like the picture. Great little sleeper sofa. As others mentioned, it’s on the smaller side but that’s exactly what we needed for our spare roomsleepover suite. The build was about 1.5 hours by myself. Not difficult at all, what you would expect. The couch is comfortable enough, what you expect. I think the bed will be perfect with a small foam topper.
