I was looking for solid wood bookcases but didnt want to spend a fortune. I came across these and thought theyd make for an interesting bookcase. Very versatile. Can arrange anyway you want. I split them up on either side of my chair. My own relaxing nook that Ive always wanted. I was even able to turn one around the corner of the wall and stack the top one to maximize space on the top of the bottom ones. Easy to assemble and seem sturdy enough so far. One of the boards came missing the threaded inserts for the screws but the company promptly sent me a replacement. I added shelf baskets to maximize the space even more (I have too many books) and it worked out great. I need to get more baskets and then Ill be able to fit all my books really well.. Jaime. Our daughter is using it for books in the cube sections and other miscellaneous items tucked in the drawers. Assembly was straightforward but took about two hours with one person. (You will need your own tools like a screwdriver for assembly as well.) The primary issue is the exposed hardware that can be seen when up close to the bookcase. I ordered these thinking I’d get an exceptional unit, seeing that the price was higher than expected. Little did I know THEY SEND YOU TWO UNITS!!! I don’t think the description is clear that you get 2 units for the price, and this did cause me some issues, but Wayfair worked things out. I think the units are a great value for the money (since you get 2). And for quality - they are a slightly above average because of the 3” brace built into the backside. They were easy to assemble.. Cute little shelf, fits great next to my desk under a window. The color is a vibrant yellow, which is great for my very colorful office space. Fits a small fish tank(2.5 gallons) nicely.
