Arrived when tracking said it would. Small enough to fit thru our RV door. Very firm cushions, a little too firm. The holes for the wheels on the bed portion were not marked good or in the right spot on some. One of the screw holes on two different wheels ended up in hole in the wood frame and wouldn't screw in. Had to move those two wheel slightly off canter a bit for all 4 holes to catch good wood. The #2 arm has a defect in to top of the arm fabric. It’s very user friendly to operate, just pulling the bed out with the wheels attached is super easy and pulling up then down on the headrest half lets you change to a recliner back height or a flat bed (take note you will need to pull the couch off the wall especially going into bed mode) We did end up needing a power drill to attach the wheels as the wood was not cut to attach at the noted area but we already had one on hand so it still was a smooth process to assemble!
