well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. It takes quite a bit to put it together but if you’ve assembled chairs before, nothing special about this one. I personally didn’t like the wheels as they feel small and seem to be made of a lower quality plastic. However, the seat itself is really comfy and the cushion for the back is nice too. It works for taller people which I really appreciated. Although it uses lower quality plastic parts, I’m still giving it 5 stars as it’s super comfortable and pretty sturdy!. Diana. Williston, VT. This is a quality computer chair. It is incredibly comfortable. I misplaced the English assembly instructions and still managed to fully assemble it using the pictures in the manufacturer's language. Every detail is crafted to enhance both your comfort and productivity, while elevating the aesthetic of your office space.

Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication. If you're purchasing for the esthetic, then you'll be very happy. If the comfort and quality are more important, choose a different chair.. Christin. Murfreesboro, TN. Mon Aug 31 2026
