This pop-up trundle has a versatile design that works well as a daybed or a main sleep spot in your bedroom. The twin-sized frame is crafted from solid, kiln-dried wood, and it features a slatted motif with a rustic walnut finish. It has wheels on the legs that make it easy to pull out from your underbed and push back in. The legs also pop up, allowing it to be raised to the same height as the main bed. With a weight capacity of 250 lbs., this trundle is designed to accommodate a mattress up to 8" thick (mattress not included). Slats are included for added support.

We love this daybed. It took a few hours to assemble, but the instructions were good (not included in the shipment, but available as PDF in Wayfair) and all the pieces were included. All of our Cedar Log Furniture is crafted using northern white cedar. We harvest our cedar locally from its Minnesota location. We even operate our cedar sawmill that produces the lumber for our furniture! Northern white cedar is extremely light and quite soft but boasts excellent decay resistance and strength despite these characteristics. Original suspension deck that came with bed was sagging after a 100 lb child slept on it. This one is much sturdier than original and is holing up really well.
