I bought this primarily as a reading nook lounger. It weighs 50 lbs and I wasnt home when it was left leaning on its end on my porch. Im a 60 yo woman and managed this solo. It took some work to shimmy this into the house but the room it went into is near the front door. If you have steps you will absolutely need 2 people. The box is big and awkward and difficult to get a good grip. Once in the room, I leaned it against the wall with the bottom facing me. So when you open the box the underneath is showing. Locate the little box with the legs, cut away the protective plastic, screw in the legs and then voila lower it down. The legs have felt stick ons and easy to slide from there if you have hard floors. It does have some unsightly metal brackets attached on both sides so I covered it with a cute throw. Plus I bought the cream color and it could get dirty fast. Hard to say how long the cushion will remain supportive. But overall I feel it was a decent purchase for the price point.. Lisa. Palisade, CO. Mon Jul 27 2026

It hides the legs well and any mess that my kids roll under the chair. The fabric is very very soft and plush. And the arm rests hold a throw pillow up well.. Blynn7. Wed Sep 02 2026

Buyer beware.....3-1/2 hours to assemble, 1/2 hr. to uncrate and separate parts, terrible instructions, 72 hr. wait time to use because of vacuum packing. Nice chair....but was it worth it!.....definitely not and would not buy again. Perhaps one of the easiest pieces of furniture that I’ve ever assembled. It consisted of only 4 steps and one of the steps was simply placing the cushions on the assembled chaise. We are still waiting for the vacuum sealed cushions to fully regain their shape as we only assembled it this morning, but so far it looks great. It only took us 30 minutes to assemble, and if the instructions were a little more clear I would have given this 5 stars. Will see how it holds up as time passes but very happy with the overall assembly process and initial look.. Alyssa. Eastchester, NY. Sun Sep 13 2026
