The chair is great, very sturdy and comfortable. I would've given 5 out of 5 but it did come with some scratches/dents/imperfections. Beautiful fabric and comfortable. It was a little difficult to snap the wings to the back but we managed and it made for a tight, secure fit. Definitely a two person lift to move the shipping box or to carry the chair. It is VERY heavy. The low arms are really nice to be able to nurse and bottle feed and gave us room to use a boppy. My only complaint is that at 5.5’ not quite tall enough from keeping the chair from rocking too forward. We solved it by also buying a poof for me to put my feet on.
