Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees. I didn’t know something like this existed. I decided not to mount my TVs on my wall in my new apartment to prevent drilling holes. My TV also doesn’t fit on my current dresser, so I needed something else and found this online. It’s an odd piece of furniture, but works for now.
