This mount is well made and easy to install. Only part I couldn't do myself was lifting a 75 inch TV, but that was the only step that required a buddy. The motor is very quiet. I did have some difficulties in trying to figure out EXACTLY where to mount it as the directions were not the easiest to decipher for fitting my mount/tv into a tight cavity I built into above my mantle.
