Very nice but assembling took forever!

Great dresser. A little bit of a hiccup when the wrong color was initially sent but customer service reps were fantastic in helping rectify. When the correct dresser was delivered it was exactly as described

The dresser is killer but the delivery was horrible. The dresser showed up without instructions and I had to have them delivered. Also the dresser came in the wrong color.

Garbage received the wrong item twice no discount no nothing for having to return and reship items not once but twice having to wait more than a month aswell! Last time shopping here

Wayfair needs to immediately fix this issue! Clearly, I'm not the only one dealing with the same problem. The dresser is great, the delivery and customer service are not. They have twice now sent us the black color, when we asked for the white. We decided to keep the first wrong black one (AFTER we lugged it all upstairs. Never do that, open a small corner and look to see if it's the right color). But, we do not want a second black one, we want white to match all the other white furniture we bought from Wayfair. Clearly Wayfair does not know where the white drawer is, if they keep sending us and other customers black ones. The dresser is a 4 star (because it is particle board, you get what you pay for) and we really like it, but the service is awful. Fix your problem, you clearly have more than just me calling about the wrong item being sent. To other customers, if you are looking for a black dresser, I do recommend this.

I was ordering my daughter the White Dresser for her room. A Black Dresser was sent in error. I called and they were sending out a replacement. It came Black again…. I tried 4 times…. All coming in Black. It is Very frustrating……

I oredered 2 dressers in black and received it in white. I calles customer service they shipped me out another set which was supposed to be black but came in white again now i have 8 75-100lb boxes in my house. Called up again and was told that they will ship out another set in black and scheduled a pick up for the 8 boxes but for the 3rd time in a row i received white which i was force to take down my stairs and their heavy. Now i have 12 75-100lb boxes in my house and customer service was absolutely no help even the supervisor acted like she didnt care she said "i can give you a refund of 190 and keep 2 or full refund and they take them back. So i sent them back and now my whole house hold will never order from wayfair again and we will never recommend anyone to order from wayfair
