The chairs were better than I expected. They went together easy and are very sturdy. They arrived much quicker than anticipated.

If my barstools had been made of wood, they would have been destroyed in shipping. Three of the four containers were missing their exterior container. Amazingly the stools were not damage.

I purchased two of these Bewdley counter stools and they are beautiful. They are so sturdy and so simple to put together. All you need is a large phillips head screwdriver and it does not need to be a power driver. The quality is obvious from the moment you open the box. Since they are quite heavy some people may need help lifting it out of the box but other than that they are easily assembled and are extremely beautiful and comfortable. I have never been this happy about counter stools. I now realize I have room for one more and plan to order another. Thank you Wayfair. Vicki Reynolds

Love the feel of these sitting at the island. Perfect height. Company even complemented me on the comfort of the bar stool. Also they have a stiff swivel so people can't spin around recklessly.
