Customers praise the product for its high comfort, appealing appearance, and compact size that fits well in small spaces. Many also highlight its soft cushions and stylish design. However, customers have mixed opinions about size, as it is considered too short and small for comfortable sleeping or taller adults. Furthermore, opinions on quality and durability are mixed, with several reviewers reporting broken wooden frames and weak legs soon after purchase.
