Both chairs have are torn. How do I get them replaced

We love these bar stools. We bought a similar set for a different house and knew this sleeker and more refined version really upped the standard of these new stools. Our grandchildren really benefit from the adjustability. 

Meh, they’re really cute but the portion that attaches the seat to the base is weak. You can’t turn in the chair and face a specific direction the base keeps spinning you back the other direction. The chair wiggles constantly: typing, eating, writing this review; all causes too much “impact” and leads to chair motion. then that to feeling dizzy, like you were on a boat for hours, even though you’re just sitting for an hour or so. I think the chair is comfortable otherwise but so hard to tell bc of the constant rocking. I’d like for these to work, just don’t know if they’re defective or if for some godforsaken reason they were meant to act like this.

I’m really satisfied with my barstools from Wayfair. I didn’t expect them until this Saturday or next Monday. They were delivered Friday. They were very easy to put together and no damage to any of them. Last but not least, the Barstools look gorgeous in my kitchen and I’m getting a lot of compliments for them. Thank you Wayfair.

I like them but I had called and spoke to someone when they got delivered and one of the cushions to the bar stool had wrinkles in it and she said she would replace it. But haven’t seen it at all.!
