Before I ordered this item, I asked customer service if it would fit my pull out trash can. Their answer was "yes it will fit". Well, it was the wrong mounting kit.
I had to call to return it and was charged $5 for the shipping.
Then when I reordered the right kit I was charged shipping charges for the correct kit.
