I purchased a pool with ladder, filter pump and cover. This purchase was made in the spring. When I opened the box no ladder, filter pump or cover. Since it was more than 30 days Wayfair will not do anything about it. They have emailed me calling it Buyers Remorse. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. Bait and Switch

My pool was delivered without a pump in the description, which I have a picture of shows that this pool comes with a pump. I need to know who to contact so I can order a pump. Also, it stated that it comes with a ladder and a pool cover, which was not included. Very disappointed with this purchase.
