Customers praise the product for its functionality, usefulness, and attractive size and appearance, making it a practical and space-saving solution for holding drinks and phones on various couch arms. Many love the stylish look and find it very convenient. However, opinions regarding the color are mixed, with some customers dissatisfied because the actual shade differed from website images or looked unfinished.
