Acadian 24"W 1-Drawer Solid Wood Nightstand with Open Bottom Storage

I ordered two of these nightstands and I love them. They are really well-made and look perfect in the bedroom.

Love these new nite stands - beautiful deep brown, quality wood and crafted.

Overall a good looking and functional nightstand. Would give it 2.5 stars if possible. Disappointed that the handle for the drawer was not tooled properly. This necessitated using a screw that I luckily had on hand. The other disappointment was the poorly applied finish that lest a stripe of light wood visible on the edge of the lower shelf. Final and most visible disappointment was the substantial gash on the right exterior side of the nightstand. After spending 45 minutes to assemble, it is not enough to return it. However I do think the manufacturer should give me money back on the purchase. Hope this is helpful. Thanks!

Defective item, poor quality. Will not purchase from wayfair again due to poor customer service. Buyers beware

Nightstands look nice, however veneer on top of one has chipped and can scratch off even with simply touching with fingers. Many areas are scratched and chipping. Veneer is paper thin and no good way to address. Disappointing.

Pros: Assembly was fast and easy. Everything is clearly labeled. It took 10-15 minutes using a power screwdriver with a hexbit attachment. The drawer slides nicely. The finished piece is very stable and looks exactly like the picture. The size is perfect for us. Cons: The wood is pine, so not the hardest wood out there. The drawer front is manufactured wood, which was not mentioned in the description. It does note the top is manufactured wood. We ordered two nightstands. One was miscut on the groove for the drawer bottom. I was able to get it together anyway, but it won't be as sturdy as if it had fit together properly. The smell of the finish was overwhelming, and it took 10 days before we stopped sleeping with the window open. It was strong enough that if the weather had been better, I would have put the nightstands on the porch until the smell cleared.

One drawer side slot for drawer bottom was too narrow (was 1/8 instead of 1/4). I routed it wider (1/4) so it would work.
