It was perfect, everything I expected!

5 stars - with reservation. I actually purchased two of these the 17"W and the 23"W. I bought the smaller one but it was just too small and overwhelmed by the frame thickness. So I ordered the next larger size (for some reason I am not given the option to rate it). The larger one would have worked better - as the frame is more in proportion to the picture and the space it would have been used in, but I returned it because the clear gesso, or coating they put on the canvas to provide some texture was put on with such a thick brush, the thickness/goopy-ness of the clear coating affected the clarity of the picture under the lights. The smaller picture had better quality in terms of the color, and application of the clear overcoat on the canvas and for that reason I kept it. Its not easy to return such a large framed picture but I was THAT disappointed in the quality of the larger one. But, I am very happy with the 17" picture and will definitely order another similar picture.

Gorgeous! I needed an interesting piece to liven up a room. This art is perfect. Nothing dull about this piece.
