Quality Feels sturdy. The seat sits on a cylinder which isn’t locked into place to swivel. I suppose the weight of someone sitting is supposed to secure it overtime. The fabric feels nice and looks nice. Dimensions Look into the dimensions. This was for my 9-year-old so it fit him perfectly but when I sat on it, the seating was very narrow and snug. It’s perfect for a kid.
