Winnipeg Pine Solid Wood Top Metal Base Dining Table

The wood surface is sadly a fake wood grain laser etched and so ugly and annoyingly not shown in any of the stock photos. They destroyed an otherwise beautiful piece of wood. Thankfully the bottom side of the table is left natural and is not pre-drilled with mounting holes. I gave it a light sanding and a few coats of polyurethane, and now I have the beautiful table actually pictured in the stock photos. I'm just dumbfounded that they take a beautiful wood tabletop and intentionally make it fake in color and grain. Working with the pipe product legs was not as difficult for me as other reported, that said it's not fun but is expected with this type of construction. Lastly, since the table does not have mounting holes pre-drilled, you get to figure out how to center it on the table, which isn't hard with a rule. I use 1 inch in from the edge on the short side, and 2cm in from the edge on the long side. Drilled some hole and used supplied screws. Picture is of underside of table I refinished, not the ugly side you are supposed to use.

Cool design, but connecting pieces were warped, causing the pipes to not be straight. Nothing ended up being perpendicular and the directions are pretty bare. Wouldn’t recommend
