Super nice couch. But I didn’t receive all the parts. I’m missing the back pillows.

I am sorry to say although shipping was speedy it did not make up for the quality of this gray corduroy sofa. After spending 2 hours putting it together, and waiting days for cushions to fill out it never happened. Not only was it flat and full of wrinkles it also was not sturdy. Then the inconvenience of taking it apart for the return process. It definitely was not as advertised in picture.

The cushions could be thicker and fluffier. I recommend putting this together with someone else. I did it alone and it took hours. The back piece was the hardest piece for me. I like the material and the color. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

They are exactly what they say they are. Everyone loves the cup holders and the charger! Me and my 11 year old son were able to built both of my couchs. Took about 35-40 mins per couch and the instructions are super simple. Highly recommended!

It’s good sofa overall

I never received any back cushions or pillows with my sofa and customer service isn’t trying to resolve my issue whatsoever , I put everything together with a sprained tendon in my left thumb. Just to not receive any pillows or back cushions , don’t recommend or will not be purchasing from Wayfair anymore after this.

The actual product will arrive at a different color than depicted and the firmness and overall shape are more deflated and saggy than shown in the listing. It is a cheap couch.

The fabric is super soft but once you put it together, it looks very cheap.

Good looking and easy to put together but extremely uncomfortable for using for semi long periods of time, I had to buy memory foam to replace the original cushions
