Absolutely stunning!!! This is a magnificent piece. It has a very rustic and heavy look to it. It was very easy to assemble, the directions were easy to follow. It is very versatile, you can use it as a work area, it has usb ports and outlets. You can also use it as an additional eating area for parties or as a charcuterie table. I highly recommend this!!! It will look stunning in any space!

I chose the Hartley bar table for a rather unorthodox purpose. I needed a place to be able to set up multiple laptops to work on. The Hartley table is perfect in that it is the right height for standing and working. It also has an outlet on each end so I plug in a number of laptops at the same time. No more bending over, hunched over a desk trying to work on things. The barstools are a great bonus because, if I do choose to sit, I have the option. The piece is solid and quality. The barstools and the table top are really heavy. I will say that the bracing bar on the bottom of the table arrived damaged. It appears to have happened during shipping, but since it’s along the back and out of sight, it wasn’t a concern for me. Whether you are looking for a good looking worktable or an actual bar table to host friends at, this is a great set and I would definitely recommend.

Very nice table and stools. Everything is real wood, very thick and very sturdy. It was easy to put together, but it is so incredibly heavy that you will probably need two people to bring the box in and even move the piece after assembly. It’s a pretty color also - dark like I wanted. The live edge is clean as well.

I gave this a four-star rating only because of the condition I received it in. The crossbar has damage to it and will require a repair. Other than that I feel the raw edge has a realistic appearance and it has genuine rustic appeal. It’s a great focal point in my home. All pieces are heavy and sturdy and is ideal to place behind our sofa as a dual purpose table. Lastly, I dread assembling things but this was not complicated at all.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I Would. The picture does not due it justice. I expected something that weighted maybe 50 lbs..wrong..it weighs 3 times that. Two of us could barely move the box. The wood, and I do mean wood, on the table top is a good 2 inchs thick..the stool tops about 3 inches. This is an beautiful piece of furniture, does not look like most of the furniture you buy now days. The bar is long and has electrical outlets at both ends. It is a beautiful grainy wood. Everything is very, very sturdy. Absolutely no complaints. I put it together myself but I had to have help in standing it up. Instructions are good but pay close attention when putting the top on that the smooth side goes to the back where the brace is..I had to redo. I highly recommend this set.

Live edge table is great, and stools are, too. Everything is really solid and well-made.
