Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and sturdy construction. Assembly is generally straightforward, with most reviews noting that only the wheels need to be attached. However, there are significant concerns regarding the product's size and functionality as a filing cabinet. The bottom drawer is not standard size for hanging files, and rails are not included, leading to disappointment for those seeking a dedicated filing solution.
