The duvet is beautiful and soft. My comforter fit perfectly after I washed it. The white background is more of cream than white.

This reversible, machine washable standard king duvet with good thread count still has a lovely finish after washing and drying. Fits our existing comforter. The silver gray-on-cream toile pattern is very versatile allowing different seasonal accent colors and contrasts well with our gray wood bed and walnut flooring. The pattern itself is highly adaptable to various styles - elegant, understated but not boring.

Perfect for my need and the look I was trying to achieve. I purchased both the sheet set and comforter set in the grey floral toile for use in a silver grey guest room that has a medium grey upholstered bed and light pink window panels. The fabric of the sheets is very smooth and silky, which I expected for a 400 thread count sheet. The background color is an off white, cream color; if you are needing a bright white background, this will probably not work for you. Some reviews claim that the grey bleeds into the background upon washing, but I did not have that problem and I’ve washed the sheets twice now. I did follow the washing direction to use cold water, maybe that is the difference. I am happy with this set and think it is a good value for the cost.

I must return it. The color does not look good with what I have. The item itself is fine.

I’ve been looking for this particular duvet cover. It’s not as soft after you wash, but it’s ok. It’s beautiful!
