U-Shaped Upholstered Sectional with Sleeper Sofa, Console with USB & Chaise

Just like the picture. We are in love with our new couch. The storage space, the pull out trundle, the cup holder, additional storage square space.

The sectional fit perfectly in my living room space; the quality is great, the pull out bed, hidden storage compartment and USB console are amazing features as well. The pillows are firm, but in time will begin to soften with use, but truthfully, will probably never get extremely soft to the preference of some. My only real personal issue is that, since I am a taller man I wish the back support was maybe an inch or 2 higher, but overall, great for the price, I would definitely recommend this sectional to anyone.

Perfect for our space and although a little stiff, I’m sure it will soften. It was just what I needed and it was put together in no time by delivery staff. Love it!

Delivery was as promised, delivery driver was very rude, walked in with very dirty shoes on my brand new white area rug, started to tell me that it’s too complicated to assemble my sectional sofa and he didn’t have time for that, but when I started to record on my cell phone, he started to finish his job. Sectional sofa I originally purchased was brown, when it was on a truck I saw boxes and it said Brown, when we opened it was gray.

The couch looks great and Santos and his team were wonderful. They were efficient and helpful and even went out of their way to help me with my old couch. Thank you for the wonderful service!

When we first ordered this couch the arrival date was 2 days from the day of the order being placed. I wished it would have arrived that quickly but in reality it took about a week. The guys came in and set everything up for us and hauled away the trash which was a plus. The couch is on the firm side but we’re hoping over time it’ll break in. The back cushions are soft and comfy. Overall it is really comfy and we like that it has a section that pulls out into a lounge. Ours pretty much stays in lazy mode. ☺️ we added some cushion covers bc we have a toddler and light colors with toddlers don’t mix The cup holders and charging port with the little compartment are a nice touch. Also love that the chaise lounge opens for storage. You can rearrange the pieces a few different ways as well I like that we can change it up some if we want. We have overall been really satisfied with our purchase

I love this couch! It is definitely firm, but I do enjoy the firmness of it. I would say it took roughly 30 minutes to set up and the most difficult part was removing the sections from the boxes. It’s the perfect size for my family of 4!

This was a mess I ordered the section on because it could be delivered on the 14th of February once I ordered it then they sent me a new email that said from the 14th to the 20th which was no good as I was buying it for a rental that had people checking in on the 20th I called and talked to the first person and they couldn't help me at all I asked for a manager talk to manager and the manager also could not help me at all I said can we call somebody improve the shipping since it said I was getting it on the 14th and that's why I bought that particular unit if I had known it wasn't until the 20th I would not have bought it there's another one I would haverather bought but this one was available and would have been delivered on the 14th it said. I was very upset that they didn't seem like they cared about the discrepancy in the delivery and that they would not do anything for me other than offered me 10% off which they did follow up on afterwards and give me but that was not what I was looking for and not what I needed I needed it delivered when they said they could so my complaint would be that the delivery was inaccurate on the website so you can't go buy that at all and then the fact that the managers I talk to are helpless either they can't help you or they don't want to help you. I buy a lot of furniture for a number of airbnbs that I have and if I need furniture I don't feel now I can trust their shipping so if I have to buy something and actually need it I can't go by what their website tells me they prove that to me and I would buy it locally instead of counting on them too ship it as standing on the website because they don't

Exactly what I wanted in a couch. The storage under the chaise lounge, the pull out bed, and extra charging ports make this couch exceptional! It was easy enough to put together and the color is a perfect light gray.
