Aghwith Twin Size Upholstered Velvet Daybed with 2 Drawers - Space Maximization, No Box Spring Needed

We ordered this daybed in the twin size for our nursery and were really impressed with the quality. As some reviewers have pointed out, this model has two wooden drawers, but they sit on the floor rather than on a glide mechanism (I actually prefer this for our purposes to avoid any potential pinched fingers for kids). Some people might be annoyed if they were looking for functional sliding drawers, so be aware before purchasing!

Sturdy piece. Darker than expected. A few dirty areas that will need to be spot cleaned.

Nice looking daybed however there is a flaw in the design where in the bottom storage drawers the screw bottoms are facing into the drawers so it’s very dangerous screw bottoms coming out. Will lead to injury and definitely snag any bedding that will be out in there. Will have to find a solution to fix it.

Great quality bed with roomy storage for extra bedding underneath. Perfect daybed for my mother’s small living space - add some throw pillows and it can be seating for visitors!

Great bed. We changed our mind due to space. The bed looks like a sofa and is easily converted to a bed. Perfect for company!

The bed itself looks great and feels sturdy, but I’m really disappointed with the drawers. I expected them to be attached to the bed frame with gliders or railings so they’d stay aligned and slide in and out smoothly. Instead, they’re completely free-standing and just sit underneath the bed loosely. This makes it really hard to keep them lined up with the frame, and they feel more like storage boxes than proper drawers. Nowhere in the description was this made clear. If I had known, I likely would’ve chosen a different product. It’s a letdown for an otherwise nice piece.
