It was a little more complicated to assemble than expected. Plus, a couple holes weren't lined up and one of the arms for the pop up part was bent. Overall for the price, it seems decent. Just good enough for an overnight guest but not so comfy that they will want to overstay their welcome.

Poor product . Too much work to assemble and the product is not worth it. Feel like falling down the couch all the time

The couch itself is a 3, not super comfortable but it gets the job done as both a couch and a sleeper sofa for guests. As you can see, the bookshelf sides are only on one side, the brackets for the other side dont even remotely line up. Having device chargers and storage on the sides was a selling point for this particular couch.

It looks beautiful and it’s extremely comfortable. It is just the right size for the room!!!! I absolutely love it!!! It was worth every single penny!!!!!
