Uncomfortable. Stiff. Easy to assemble but arrived broken. One drawer corner is chipped, one drawer is difficult to pull out and push back in. The ottomans has screws on the hinges that fell out the first time I closed it. Extremely disappointing. First thing I’ve ever purchased from wayfair. So heavy I really don’t want to labor through returning it.
