Table is gorgeous! We ordered the 118” table which was advertised to sit 8-10 people. I added our old dining chairs to the table just to get an idea an I think we can actually easily sit 12 people. Table is sturdy and even came with some polishing materials love love love this purchase! Definitely recommend!

The pictures definitely tell a different story in terms of color. This piece is most certainly darker than it shows. However, it’s still a great piece. It is elegant and sturdy. The top is a rough texture so be gentle with it or it may give you a splinter. I bought the smallest size and it very easily sits 6 people with more than enough room to share. It would be easy to add in a few more chairs without it feeling cramped at all. Update I’ve had this table for only a few months. I loved how sturdy it was but it cracked one night - nothing was dropped on it and there was nothing around it. Super disappointed.

PRO This table is incredibly handsome and elegant. We paired it with more delicate chairs to balance the heavy style of the table. CON table leg arrived with a chunk missing, but Wayfair is working to resolve the issue and either send a new post or replace the table. EDIT: After having this for almost a year now, it's worth noting that while this makes a great formal dining room table (which is what we got it for), I don't know if I could recommend it for daily use (especially with kids). The table surface is a bit textured and it hasn't been sanded smooth. Because of this, the wood grains create little grooves, which are kind of a drag to try to clean food out of. Worth noting, but we still adore this table and get tons of compliments on it.

Purchased by inspiration of DaVinci’s last supper, great table but one of the two legs showed up cracked
