Height Adjustable Standing Desk

Package was very poorly packed, such that one of the pieces is cracked and defective. Other than that, it’s good.

This arrived in two parts. The base did not easily attach to the top. This was due to the base being one length across instead of adjustable as shown in the table top assembly instructions. It also has a different electronic system than what assembly instructions show in the table top directions. There is metal going over metal when it should be intermittently spaced. We had to make some changes to get everything together. Also, the color is very different than as shown. The drawers in real life are more of a dark gray or charcoal and the wood portion does not have a vertical striped look and is more of a brown marbled look. This took about 3 hours to assemble.

The look of the desk is great and just what I was hoping for. But the unit came with several parts damaged, and one assembly issue that had to be worked around just to get the desk to hold together. Overall I am happy with the desk itself, but I wish the product had been assembled and shipped with more care. (Customer care has been excellent in helping to resolve the damage issue.)

Sent the wrong base. It’s been over a month and I’ve not received the replacement. The desk part is assembled and looks great, but I haven’t been able to use the product. Customer service has been difficult to coordinate with.

So excited about my new desk. It is a standing desk, which I wanted, AND it has some style (plus drawers). A little complicated to put together, but I love the finished product!
