Love this brand of ergonomic office chairs. This one says it’s good for people 5’3” and up which is perfect for me! My feet don’t dangle above the floor, the seat is roomy and very supportive. The bottom is metal which is a pleasant surprise because I was unsure since it is black. The chairs feels of decent quality and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic chair! It was easy to put together. Good instructions! I like how it adjusts to different heights!

We are quite satisfied with the chair. Took about 2 hours to assemble and clean up packaging. Only two minor quibbles: -Step 4 on instruction has the two sets of three holes reversed in diagram. -Mention made of decorator cover for head rest. Nothing received. Instead, we found a bag with two very small gloves.

Had to take out the lumbar because I’m too tall for where it sits. I’m only five foot ten but I think because the average height is lower in China they might have designed the height of the lumbar for a generally smaller average height. That’s all an assumption though. Easy assembly. Wouldn’t personally buy again but that’s a me issue.

Very comfortable chair. Wasn't sure how the headrest would work, since I'm on the short side but it has been no issues. Assembly was easy and the shipping was ahead of schedule.

I LOVE it! The adjustable lumbar is great. It can move up or down depending on my day. And the seat pad is generous enough for leaning back while you are on a call. The arm rest feature where you can move them up and out of the way so you can sit closer to the desk without lowering the chair to fit.

The chair was easy to assemble. It is a little small. My son is 6'3" and the head rest is more of a neck support. Overall it's a good value.

Ordering was super easy, delivery was on time and the delivery driver was polite and personable. Item was what was needed and we will definitely order from wayfair again in the future.
