Good assembly directions. Good quality for the price. Was delivered on time with no box or product damage.

Worst. Filing. Cabinet. Ever. Not only was it assembly required, but it is cheaply constructed to the point of being unusable. Drawers either don't shut properly (jaunty angles) or won't open. I have distributed files across the drawers so as not to overburden any of them, but I am using it very lightly and it is still fragile. Complete waste of time and money.

The cabinet kit was extremely well packaged which made it surprising that some components suffered minor bends. It wasn’t too bad to put together although some of the screws were problematic because of the confined space and lack of knuckle room to turn the screwdriver. Was disappointed that one of the feet was missing and absolutely no information in the box with instructions on obtaining missing or replacement parts. I was expecting something a little weightier for an apparently steel cabinet.

Took almost 2 months to get delivered. At this point we bought another filing cabinet and gave this one to our parents so we can’t even review the product itself. We can only speak for the shipping/delivery time and that was horrendous!

Fantastic file cabinets. Just as advertised. Fits snugly in a very tight space, so dimensions given were correct. Very stable, very happy with product quality.
