Horrible! No instructions included. The plastic glass was horribly scratched after peeling away the protective film. No way we would have seen that until it was properly put together. The front of the case was scuffed up as well. This was a gift and is now too late to return.

Really a great item for the price. No complaints at all and super easy to set up and hang. A few tips from my experience 1) lightly run a razor along the front side perimeter of the “glass”. This will make removing the plastic clean and easy. Don’t just yank on the plastic like a savage. It will not come out and your case will be a mess. This is an issue a lot of the 1 star comments had. 2) if you’re using it for a hockey jersey, I highly recommend reversing the sleeves into themselves and hiding them inside the jersey. This will make the jersey look a lot better, as the jersey just free hangs inside the display case.

This is the second thing I have purchased from Wayfair and I am disappointed to say that it was a failure. As u can see in the photos there are multiple issues. These Or not Glass they are plastic which I could’ve lived with if they were not all scratched up and when you try to kill the plastic covering off of the plastic you cannot get it off it is all around the frame even though I spent forever trying to pull it off and one of the frames doesn’t even have a hook in it to hang up the jersey as you can see in the picture showing where the hook should be there’s not even a hole. For the price I paid for these close to $100 each I definitely expect better quality and that was a sale, imagine if I had paid full price! I hope Wayfare will do something about this purchase I do not want to go and ship these huge items back what a pain! In addition I will say that the product itself would’ve been OK it is a little bit smaller than what I wanted and I am not fond of the plastic rather than glass, but the general idea of it is nice if it had been without all of the issues.
