Love these steps. Very sturdy and ease of entry and exit from pool

Extremely disappointed with it! The ladder does not anchor to the deck, therefore slants and or tips when exiting or entering the pool. Moreover a stuck with an expensive return shipping charge. Not at all pleased!!!

It was difficult to keep the steps down in the water and it trapped lots of algae underneath them.

After putting stairs together, very wobbly and not safe to use. Very disappointed.

These stairs look nice and we liked the color but the instructions to put them together and the stability of the stairs was awful. I do not recommend.

Do not buy this as it is an incomplete step system. Imagine where you’re going to attach the handrail in the picture. Exactly…nowhere. You have to order additional handbags and a base to attach it to. Another 100. Waste of money and time and can’t send it back. I’m disappointed in Wayfair.

Great price and product. Was put together in less than an hour. Instructions are a bit unclear but YouTube helped.

Item arrived three weeks late. Apparently the courier was backed up . Tried to talk to someone in Wayfair and jest got the runaround. Apparently the system was down. Anyhow I deleted the app.never again.

This is a great ladder. I’m using in my Bestway 12 x 24 above ground pool and it’s perfect.
