Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by this set. I ordered it for my adult son's new apartment. He's on a budget so the set fit in nicely with that. It arrived very well-packed (no damage to boxes or contents) and it took us about 2.5 hours to put together everything. Even though it's not 'real' wood, the screws never split the wood. All the parts were neatly labeled and the instructions were written out in English. They were easy to follow. Overall, it's a great 'starter' set for a young adult or college student. The bedroom set includes 1 metal bed frame and 2 modern bedside tables. Metal platform bed frame with high-grade steel construction and wood headboard. The headboard is a stable structure in the shape of a side X with a 3-tier shelf for any home decor. In addition, the bed frame has excellent mattress support, consisting of closely spaced steel slats that help extend the life of the mattress without the need for box springs.

Pretty easy and straightforward to build. Didn’t take me too long. The actual headboard part however is a lot smaller than the images, or maybe it is because I bought a thicker mattress. This configurable bedroom set has a rustic style that we love. It includes a low profile standard bed, a 2-drawer nightstand, and a 6-drawer dresser, all made from solid and engineered wood that is crafted to look like weathered driftwood. We love the natural grain variation that is highlighted by the whitewashed finish. The high headboard invites propping up against with some comfy throw pillows and a good book and the nightstand provides room for a reading light and essentials. Plus, there is plenty of space in the 58” wide dresser for your clothing. Consider ordering the matching mirror to complete the look. The bed requires a box spring and standard or adjustable mattress, both sold separately. All pieces require assembly.
