We wanted new identical desks for our new office that are not bulky, so we bought 2. These are cute and are perfect for us. You can position the pieces whichever way you want. Very adaptable and true to color. The attached picture shows one desk when first assembled and the extension part can be positioned wherever you want.

I like the desk but somehow in between when I looked at it and when I bought it the price hiked up significantly and Wayfair will not help in any way. It's a nice desk if you're actually willing to pay $200 which I was not.
