Ibach 3 - Piece Modern and Overstuffed Soft Power Reclining Sectional with Cupholders and Storage

Love this piece. I don’t find the seats hard like many of the reviews say. Perfect amount of soft. Fabric feels great. Comes with three recliners like other reviews say! Delivery went well. There was one pink smudge on the corner, and I offered to try and clean it off. It came off with some scrubbing and oxiclean. Cushions could have a little more padding at the top. Hoping it fluffs up over time. Overall for 1640 couldn’t beat this.

Lovely reclining sectional! My family is beyond pleased and enjoying the comfort of this lovely 5 piece sofa. We needed a sectional that came in pieces so as to fit through a narrow corridor going down into our basement. Wayfair customer service was able to answer how big the three boxes were and that the backs of the recliners are not assembled. This was perfect for our situation. Delivery crew was amazing and delivered as scheduled. My family and I opened the boxes and carried to our basement and assembly took me about an hour. Directions were good - would have been great if the pieces (backs especially) were labeled as in the diagrams. Not a big issue - I laid out all the pieces and it just took a little longer to fit all the pieces together (especially which backs go where). I was able to do the assembly and appreciated how thoughtful it all comes together. The seats are very comfortable. There are three recliners and two power cords. The right side recliner has a short cord and the left side has split for the two recliners with a longer cord which is what we needed to reach the outlet. I was able to hide the cord behind the sofa back cover (every sofa back has a flap on the lower part of the seat that seals with velcro) so there is no tripping hazard or exposed cord (see photo). The beige fabric is very pretty, almost tweedy and feels soft like a chenille. The seats are all comfortable and feel well padded. The only part that is not very secure is the console back. I put the "plugs" part "O" as they are referred to in the instructions, but the back of the console goes back with a push to it. Not sure how to securely have it in place? As it is not a seat/someone to sit there, it should not be a big issue but I will reach out to customer service and see what they recommend. Maybe I missed something? I give it a 5 for looks, comfort and design but a 4.5 for instructions and parts not being labeled along with console back issue. I am hoping customer service can help me when I reach out to them. Overall extremely pleased and would highly recommend. I am attaching photo of assembly instructions for reference.

Love it! I was very nervous buying it online, but pleasantly surprised with the comfort and soft texture. It was easy to assemble. Safely packed, no damages. There are some wrinkles as others reported, but you can smooth them out. There were also a few dark smudges coming out of the box but they wiped off easily. The first weekend I took a few naps on it already. Great support and flexibility on seating. Fits perfectly in my smaller space! Delivery was also well communicated and guys brought into the house for me.

I was worried about buying a sectional online but couldn't be happier with it. Perfect color just the right size for my room. Did I mention that it is comfortable. The delivery men were on time and extremely nice they had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to my house and they were on time and still smiling when they left. After having this for several months i can tell you how disappointed I am with it. It has no padding . I bought 1 1/2 inch memory foam and new covers to remake the sofa. very diapointing

Lovely couch and very durable with two cats and two kids it’s been holding up well. But don’t do what I did and miss the step to take out the smallest upper piece that’s stowed in the console. We will get it later.

Soft, perfect size color was spot on- everything works it was delivered earlier than expected.

I wanted to love this couch. It was great and comfortable as we started putting it together; however idk what happened with the measurements but it was about 10 inches longer than the measurement it had in the dimensions sheet

Love the couch! Pretty stiff not but overall worth the price convenience.

I love it, Material is soft and comfortable. I think I was most impressed with the delivery men, they were professional and answered all my questions. Reynel and Alejandro brought the boxes in without hitting a wall, their technique to work together made this delivery quick and smooth.
