The bed is beautiful and the delivery team was outstanding. Every step from initial call to confirm time till they packed up everything and departed. Would highly recommend. Great first white glove experience.

The bed is absolutely beautiful. The white glove service was fantastic. They came to the house and set it up. 

The Sleigh bed was delivered with the wrong parts. So it was the delivery guys were not able to set it up. I am frustrated and disappointed with this kind of customer service. So I have all these parts in my bedroom waiting for Wayfair to resolve the issue. I have ask for the part to be ordered and set up asap as I disposed of my old bed. So now I am sleeping in the couch. And the bed is not also cheap.

Very pleased with the quality in craftsmanship. Very nice finish and the drawers and slides are very good. The drawers have cedar lining and are very deep and wide. Great under the bed storage. Bed is sturdy and looks great.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Missing parts. Wayfair customer service worthless in resolving issue.
