Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and style. The stools are generally considered comfortable and of good quality for the price. Assembly is frequently described as easy, though some reviewers encountered difficulties with alignment or missing parts. A recurring concern is the tendency for screws to loosen over time, impacting the product's sturdiness and long-term durability. Some customers also noted that the camel color appears more gray in person.
