Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, noting it looks even better in person and matches their decor well. The stools are frequently described as comfortable and sturdy, with many reviewers highlighting the ease of assembly. The quality of the materials and overall construction is also a common positive point. However, some users have noted that the backrests can loosen easily, and the swivel feature may cause the back to hit the counter, potentially causing damage. There are also mixed comments regarding the color, with some finding the "white" to be more of a cream.
