Massage remote power cord too short, there’s a tiny scratch on the chair’s armrest, and a couple loose parts on the bottom like the wooden thing on top of the piston. Overall a couple issues for the price tag.

I think chair is going to be nice but the delivery experience was a disaster. They missed my home, then they had no instructions, then they couldn’t figure out how everything worked………ugh

We are 100 satisfied with the service rendered in delivering the two chairs we ordered! When there was a problem with the bank financing the manager got on a 3 way call and the problem was resolved expeditious! Plus we were given an added discount.

I love the chair. However it delivered up against my door so I had to pay someone to move it (it is over 100 lbs). And the person went ahead and assembled it. Need to cancel the assembly appointment and get a refund.

The quality is what I expected for what I paid. Very comfortable seat.

This was purchased for my husband. I would caution anyone that is considering buying, be aware the base may come in damaged. Wayfair sent a new base, but unfortunately there were only two sections on the new one that were ok. So my husband had to disassemble them to replace the two damaged on the first chair base. All is well now.

SMALLER SEAT THAN DESCRIBED. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AESTETICALLY. IF YOU ARE SKINNY, THE SIZE. IS NT A PROBLEM. I AM OK WITH IT, JUST WISH IT HAD A WIDER AND DEEPER SEAT. IF YOU ARE VERY BIG, YOU MAY WANT TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CHAIR.

Very nice and sturdy. A great addition for my home office. I can answer this better when I complete set up.

WONDERFUL CHAIR IS EVERYTHING I WANTED IT TO BE. It even makes me feel special when sitting in it (or meerly gazing upon it).

This chair is so great until I bought another. This is the best chair and I completely love it.
