Hardware on the lower drawer was defective. Unable to assemble desk. What can be done to fix it?

Product exceeded my expectations!

Instructions are only pictures, so it was a hassle to put together (took one person 2.53hrs). However, it looks great in my new apartment and all the drawers work!

It’s a nice desk, and would’ve gotten 5 stars if not for the apparent damage. There is a long pattern across the board that looks like some kind of scratch it got in production or packaging, and the edges seem to be a bit chippedscraped off.

I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, attractive, and practical desk.

A majority of the desks Ive seen dont have the storage that old school desks had. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the 55 Home Office Computer Desk by 17 Stories. The quality is what I expect from 17 Stories, and it is beautiful in a subtle way.

I was looking for a new desk for my husbands home office. We couldn’t get a huge desk because of our limited space. I chose the Walnut colored desk and I do have to say the desks pictures doesn’t do this little desk any justice. First of all it came securely packaged and everything was numbered and easy to assemble with the easy to follow directions. It only took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. It is a very sturdy desk. There is no wobbling at all. There is a file drawer and a cabinet. The slide out keyboard tray is a plus. I am not a big fan of the pills but they are easily changeable. I love the beautiful rich coloring of the desk. My husband was very happy to see his new desk when he walked in from work.

Desk is very pretty, it’s a bit darker than the picture in real life. Seems to be great quality, very sturdy. But be ready to build for at least 3 hours. This is a lot of building. I also didn’t have instructions so I was going based of videos. But overall, happy with it.

Sturdy! Nice size with drawers that roll in and out gently. The dark wood looks beautiful also!
