The pictures make it look very plush. The cushions are thin and now I’m concerned about anyone actually sleeping on it. Love the look.

Did not like at all’s the manual pullout was old school and it was more of a denim material which I thought gave a cheap look. Didn’t work for the ascetics of my therapy office

I really like this chair. It is wide enough that I can snuggle in with my cat. It is comfortable in both the standard and lifted position. The assembly was not too difficult and I was able to complete in about an hour. I do have two issues that bother me—pulling out the bottom piece can be cumbersome as it can get stuck, AND my side table has broken off in less than a month (it comes assembled to the chair arm). They are sending a replacement arm, but now I need to tack on more time to disassemble and reassemble. I also worry about what happens in the future when no longer under warranty.

Not very comfortable. Seat cushion very hard. Back cushion too low, head touches wall. Wouldn't buy again.

Peeerrrrfect addition to my home office! Great neutral color. Not just cute but functional, with pull out rolling ottoman and 3 different headrest positions. Quick delivery, easy assembly.

Love this chair. I am 5’5” and it’s a good height for me. It’s a bit wide, which I wanted, and gives a bit of a chair and a half feel. (For reference my dog in size is between a medium and standard poodle) Does require some assembly. It only took me about 45 minutes. You do have to strong arm some parts to line them up on the base. Nothing too bad. The side with the table already has the table attached. I wish the back came up a little higher but I can add a throw pillow to make it more comfortable. All the pillows were vacuum sealed and took a day to fill out. I docked a star for a hole that was not drilled through the metal on the pull out mechanism. It didn’t affect how it works though. There was a strong smell that came off the chair. I sprayed it with Lysol fabric disinfectant and ran an air purifier in the room the chair is in a few times over the weekend and it was good to go Monday. I have this in my home office. It’s a comfortable place to sit when I don’t want to be at my desk or if I’m eating lunch in here. I do wish the cup holder was a little deeper but it’s not an issue. The charging ports do work.

Purchased for my office and is exactly as described. Instructions and pieces are clearly marked, took less than an hour to assemble. Should have purchased one a long time ago. Went through several air beds which are cold to sleep on and leaked easily.

I genuinely like the aesthetic of this chair and how easy it is to put together and maneuver, but it’s not the most comfortable chair in the world.
