Rectangular Trash & Recycling

A wave of the hand is all it takes to activate the Nine Stars' stainless-steel trash can, while its fingerprint-resistant coating keeps messes where they belong - within. A custom delay sensor keeps the ABS-plastic dual lid from sliding open at inopportune moments, while the unit's patented soft-close system keeps peace front and center. And if you're a fan of saving, you'll do plenty thanks to unprecedented battery life that allows for approximately a year's worth of openings and closings.

Perfect fit for my new apartment. I always recycle so the 2 compartments was a must. Great quality!. Kim. Cypress, TX. Sat Oct 24 2026

13 Gallon Stainless Steel Trash Can, Rectangular Kitchen Garbage Can with Quiet Soft-Close Lid & Removable Inner Bucket, Commercial Step Trash Bin for Office Home Living Room, Silver

Me encantó!!! Llegó en el tiempo que me dijeron la calidad está muy buena, definitivamente lo recomiendo. Anonymous. US. Mon Sep 14 2026

This step-on trash can brings sleek functionality to your home with a clean finish. The hands-free foot pedal provides a hygienic way to open the lid when your hands are full. Designed with a soft-close lid, it shuts quietly every time without any disruptive slamming noises. The removable inner bucket makes it simple to empty waste and change out bags quickly. A specialized seal helps lock in odors to keep your environment smelling clean and fresh. Plus, a fingerprint-resistant exterior helps prevent smudges so it's easy to keep clean.

This is a sleek-lined trash can at just the right size for a bathroom, which is where I wanted it. I liked that the liner comes out making it easier to add a plastic bag if wanted or to wash out the inside of the bin. There is a useful handle on the back of the can. My can came with a small dent, but I’m not too bothered by that, although I know that Wayfair would replace the item if requested. That has been my experience with Wayfair.. Sharon. Lexington, KY. Thu Oct 29 2026

This trash can is particularly suitable for homes as well as office spaces. The silent closing lid is designed to minimize noise. The liner is extra strong to prevent leaks and tears. The internal hinge prevents the lid from hitting the wall.

I love how easy the assemble was. It came with free 10 trash bags, you don’t see that a lot. The soft close lid is really good. I’m so glad I made this purchase. The delivery came at a great time.. Tina. Henrico, VA. Fri Oct 23 2026

Many modern kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and even shopping malls and offices are adopting this trash can into their decoration style. Stainless steel appearance, the rectangular shape gives the trash can a fashionable look. The Footrest design allows you to throw garbage easily without bending over and touching the lid. Double-barrel allows two trash bins to be combined into one, which makes it easy to distinguish dry and wet trash. A silent slow-down closing design allows you to hardly hear the sound when closing the lid. Important Shopping Notice: Please note that the three variants (16 gallons, 2×8 gallons, and 21.2 gallons) have minor differences in outer appearance. We recommend reviewing all images for each style before you make your selection. This outdoor trash container is great for an option to have a garbage for outside parties or everyday use without having an ugly garbage can out. There’s a top that opens and closes to keep garbage contained. Lid also locks into place so it is secured. I have it in my garage for garbage when it’s not outside during summer. Very solid and sturdy construction. Great quality for price point. Color exactly as pictured. Definitely would recommend this product for purchase.. Jodie. Bartlett, IL. Fri Aug 14 2026

Simplify your daily routine with the KOHLER 13-gallon stainless steel step trash can, a smart addition to any kitchen that meets your needs with quiet, hands-free ease. Sized to fit any brand of 13-gallon trash bag, it opens with a sturdy metal foot pedal so your hands stay free while cooking or cleaning, and the Quiet-Close™ lid lowers gently and silently without a jarring slam. When it's time to swap bags, a raised liner and rotating, locking rim keep the process quick and tidy, while the removable plastic liner wipes clean in moments. Its space-saving profile tucks snugly against a wall or cabinet, and a thoughtful hinge design protects surfaces from scuffs. Best of all, the fingerprint-resistant finish stays looking clean longer, and a simple pass with a microfiber cloth restores its shine, no harsh chemicals or abrasives required. Practical, refined, and designed to fit right into the rhythm of your home, this is where thoughtful function meets everyday beauty.

We were skeptical at first the the cost for this trashcan but we have had it for 4 years and it has held up super well. The pedal is still fully functional and the trash bag stays hidden with the 2-part lid. Highly recommend.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 22 2026

The trash can looks nice and that's all it has going for it. The sensor is not as sensitive as it should be to pickup motion and to stay open while dumping trash into it. The lid closes very shortly after you wave to open it but needs close proximity to the sensor to detect for open. There are times it would not open until you were about 2 inches from it. The lid also stayed open if your hand was in it and the sensor did not detect your movement while dumping until you waved over the sensor again. I would not recommend this trash can.. Michael. Lake Saint Louis, MO. Wed Sep 09 2026

Made with quality stainless steel, this trash can is designed for everyday use in kitchens, offices, and living spaces. The smooth metal surface helps resist rust and stains, while maintaining a clean, modern appearance over time.

I like the sleek design of this trash can. The shape is unique and stylish. I really like it and it isn't very wide so the rectangular shape doesn't take up a lot of floor space in the bathroom. Update: The top "ring" is removable for emptying or for putting in a liner. I didn't like the black interior, so I got white trash bags.. Janice. Racine, WI. Wed Sep 23 2026

Streamline your waste sorting with this 2x10.6 gallon dual compartment recycling bin. Crafted from rustproof 410 stainless steel, it features a fingerprint-resistant finish and a quiet soft-close pedal. Perfect for kitchens or living rooms, this sleek, space-saving trash can keeps your home tidy.

One word for this trash can - CHEAP! The first one that I received was so bent and mangled I could not believe it! I ordered a replacement and because of one small broken plastic piece it was unusable. The hassle of returning them was unbelievable!! Do not waste your money!!. Rebecca. Ponchatoula, LA. Smaller kitchens and apartments do not have to skip the benefits of waste sorting. This triple compartment stainless steel trash can delivers three equal 4 gallon compartments in a compact design that takes up less floor space than you might expect, making it practical for city apartments, condo kitchens, and any space where square footage is at a premium. Each of the three compartments holds 4 gallons, giving you 12 gallons of total capacity spread across three separate bins. That means you can keep waste, recyclables, and organic materials cleanly sorted from the moment you generate them, without needing multiple bins scattered around your kitchen. The compact side-by-side layout keeps everything within easy reach without getting in the way. Each compartment opens with its own step pedal, so you only expose the bin you need at any given moment. This design also helps contain odors more effectively than a single open bin, keeping your kitchen smelling fresher throughout the day. The soft-close lids then lower gently on their own, preventing sudden slams and maintaining a quiet environment. All three inner buckets are easy to remove for quick emptying and rinsing, and they slot back into the stainless steel frame just as easily. The exterior resists fingerprints and rust, keeping the bin looking clean and presentable with minimal upkeep. If you have been looking for a space-efficient way to sort waste in a smaller kitchen or living space, this 12 gallon triple compartment trash can offers a practical and organized solution.
