Honey Can Do Trash & Recycling

There is a certain retro charm to an oval trash can. Still, some just can’t ignore that the space it occupies doesn't quite line up with its trash-holding capacity. A solution to this problem of efficiency: the semi-round trash can. This design lends space to the sleek curves of an oval trash can while gaining a flat fit against a kitchen or pantry wall. Along with its overall design, this semi-round trash can has several other handy features. A step pedal brings a hands-free operation, while a soft-close lid keeps trash out of sight until it's time to pull the removable liner from the stainless steel shell to take outside.

Can came with the outer box crushed and the can itself had a lage dent with the lid out of alignment.. Janet. Tonawanda, NY. Fri Oct 21 2022

Retro kitchen appliances have been having much more than a moment, and while we realize a trash can is not exactly an appliance, we're still loving this cool retro design. The powder-white metal finish coats an oval form factor to deliver heaps of mid-century nostalgia. And the soft-close lid operates from a step pedal that deals with the germ-free and contactless features that have become essential in a time of enhanced sanitation precautions. So while a trash can might not attract the attention of a sea-foam green classic 50s fridge, it carries enough retro vibes that tossing trash might occasionally beget a twist or a shout.

Perfect for our small bathroom.. Judy. Tulsa, OK. Mon Jan 01 2024

What works harder in a home than a trash can? It's a thankless job, and after years of steady service, a time comes to refresh and replace a household's garbage receptacle. And when that time comes, it's hard to do better than this set of step trash cans with lids. The stainless steel finish is a classic for a reason, adding instant utilitarian polish to a space. The matching set makes it easy to coordinate this timeless look across a home, where the 30L trash can collects food scraps in the kitchen, while the smaller 5L trash can racks up cotton swabs and dental floss in the bathroom. Both cans work the same, shutting out sourness with a soft-close lid that operates with a germ-free, contactless step pedal.

Perfect size for my kitchen! Quiet opening and closing and doesn’t allow smells to escape.. Linda. North Royalton, OH. Tue Dec 24 2024

When designing the ideal home office, so much attention is paid to the desk and the chair. And while that’s certainly justified, we’ll make the case for similar consideration for accessories, like this small wire mesh trash can, which is the perfect form and function for a home office. For without an office trash can, where will the trash end up? Guaranteed, on the nice new desk. Balled-up notes, old mail, empty pens, snack wrappers, tissues - will inevitably accumulate on the desk surface. Keep your workspace free of distractions (and what’s more distracting than trash?) with this inconspicuously clutch waste bin. Its modern metal mesh construction lends a clean look to a home office, so the focus can stay on the task at hand.

Trash cans are mesh and functional. We use them at our desks in the basement (where aesthetics are not as important). Nancy. Ann Arbor, MI. Fri Dec 15 2023

Perfect as a diaper pail for my in home daycare!. Renee. Wilder, KY. Wed Feb 26 2020

Working in the kitchen requires a lot of coordination. Whether it’s prepping for or cleaning up from a meal, kitchens are an all-hands-on-deck space. So if something can be made hands-free, it’s an upgrade worth taking. The hands-free operation of this stainless steel trash can means tossing potato peels or scraping off plates doesn’t require balance or acrobatics, but just a simple step on a foot pedal. When it’s time to take the trash outside, a removable plastic liner bucket prevents catastrophic tears from thin plastic waste bags. And the can’s smooth square stainless steel design fits in well with most contemporary kitchens.

The foot pedal that opened/closed the lid operated very poorly. Nice looking kitchen trash can, but we had to return this item.. Luz Marina. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Jul 27 2023

This is a trash can that makes simple the grisly work of garbage. When it comes to pitching potato peels or apple cores into the bin, a step pedal makes for a germ- and hands-free operation. The stainless steel construction and soft-close lid lock down the sour sights and smell inside, projecting instead a polished contemporary aesthetic to mesh in most kitchens. And when it’s time to take the trash outside, a removable liner bucket helps ensure a thin waste bag won’t fail, strewing a messy trail on its way out the door.

Great quality for the price. No problems, just a well working trash can!. Kristen. US. Sat Oct 21 2023

Stainless steel remains popular in kitchen designs, which is why we love the fresh rose-gold accented lids on this set of trash cans. Overall, the stainless steel finish still lends space for the polish and sheen at the heart of its industrial appeal, but while adding a rosiness that's warm and welcoming. Place the larger 30L can in the kitchen, and stash the mini 5L trash can in a home office or a bathroom. Both trash cans in the set function the same, so expect a contactless operation from the step pedal and a soft close from those rose-gold lids. When it’s full, a removable plastic liner makes hauling trash outside a breeze.

I love them, just what I was looking for my kitchen!. Anonymous. Tue Jun 27 2023

When both hands are full of trash, you'll be so grateful you've called this duo into duty. Each of these stainless steel step trash cans opens with a foot pedal so you don't have to juggle the milk and egg cartons before tossing them inside. You might be tempted to keep these two together, but they were meant to live in different rooms. The big one has a 30-liter capacity to handle big messes, like the kind you make in the workshop or kitchen. Its little cousin is the perfect 5-liter size for the bathroom, bedroom, or tucked under the desk in your office. Each one also has a plastic liner bucket to make replacing the garbage bag easy.

A square is a sturdy shape, which is important when that shape is holding garbage. This square stainless steel trash can is less likely to wobble or tip over like its rectangular counterparts, boosting the brawny and industrial aesthetic at the core of a stainless steel design. A step pedal makes it easy to pitch apple cores or banana peels without having to balance a cutting board and a trash lid. That same lid has a soft-close feature, so it’s whisper-quiet while concealing the foul sights and smells underneath. It easily tucks into a kitchen pantry or a spare bathroom.

Perfect for my kitty who now cant get in the garbage.. Margarita. Patterson, CA. Fri Sep 24 2021

Kitchen real estate is precious, even when the space is empty. But when it’s full of family and friends gathering round to gab, gossip, and gobble up snacks, that space can be even dearer. This skinny trash can’s narrow form factor makes it an unobtrusive addition to tight kitchens or pantry closets. And a step pedal with a soft-close lid means garbage can be tossed and concealed without needing several feet of free space to slide out an entire kitchen cabinet drawer, like in some designs. When the 40-liter plastic liner hits capacity, it’s easy to remove to take out trash or clean up spills.

If you live in a house where the fridge just cant seem to be kept stocked because of a bunch of growing bodies and hungry mouths, then this stainless steel trash can might be for you. With a 58-liter capacity, its one of the largest trash cans in our collection, which can cut down on the number of times you need to empty the trash. And even though trash will be taken out less frequently, a soft-close lid makes sure any unpleasant sights or smells stay under wraps. That same lid operates with a contactless step pedal, keeping hands free from germs and free from having to juggle the lid plus a full cutting boards worth of vegetable peels for the evenings dinner. When trash day does come, a removable plastic liner bucket prevents a calamitous spill that might ensue from a tear in the flimsy plastic waste bag.

A contemporary addition to any home or office, this stainless steel trash can is the perfect size for a bathroom or home office and boasts sturdy construction for daily use. A steel foot pedal provides hands-free operation to keep germs at bay. A plastic inner trash bucket is fully removable for easy emptying and cleaning. The brushed stainless, hand print resistant exterior is easy to clean and features a plastic fold-down carrying handle.
