Best Wall Decals With Reviews

I bought this for my daughter's room and put it up by myself in less than an hour while 8 months pregnant. It was easy to put up and then adjust a few times because I am a bit of a perfectionist. The colors are bright and beautiful. I did have a bit of trouble getting the bottom of the tree to stick to my textured wall after fighing with the squirrel tail and the grass several times. This was easy to remedy with a bit of Elmers spray glue from the craft section of my local retail store. It is now 12 months after I put it up and I still love it as much as ever. I've received many compliments on it and some even thought I painted it on the wall! I put it just to the right of my daughter's changing table so the long branch scrolls over the top of the table and my 11 month old LOVES it. She always wants to stand on the table after a change to talk to the owls and slap the leaves and flowers. I only wish there was a coordinating kit with more flowers, grass, and maybe a few more animals since I don't have anywhere to put the Scroll branch accessory kit they have. Overall, this is a very high quality product that holds up well over time. I would recommend it to everyone!

Love the look! I was going to purchase more art but did not want to detract from this one piece of artwork. The wall decal is perfect, attractive, unobtrusive, and actually fun to apply! No instructions came with this, so I went online and easily found instructions. Tip: in the instructions there were extra steps that I did not need to do, like there is no protective covering that I could figure out. It was also time consuming to cut all these pieces out. I did follow the original design mostly, but then added to it to extend to where I wanted to go. Across instead of down. Once you get the four main pieces up, that is the hardest part. It is fun from there. And they are easy to reposition!

To me this is the best deal I've seen on wall decals. $28 for a ton of decals. I didn't use it exactly as pictured and I didn't use all of the decals, you can pick and choose what you want. And, its perfect. I spread my decals out a bit throughout the nursery. You do have to be careful though because they are thin. So when you pull apart the tree branches in particular, make sure you go slow and make sure you put in the right place. I went fast and messed up and put in wrong place. I was able to remove from the wall fine, but the decals started sticking to each other and the color came off a bit. It still looks fine, but I made it harder since I didn't go slow. But, a great deal and I highly recommend.

I choose the bamboo look cling. This was easy to cut, but because I have such long narrow windows, a bit tricky to put up. At first I was concerned with bubbles but after a few days I noticed they all disappeared and am extremely happy with this product! Total privacy but there is a halo of light still aloud to come in! I had a bit leftover (after doing 2 - 75” x 13” windows) that I used for the bottom of my window in a bathroom that looks out to a screened porch. Yes this is a great window cling and I will buy again!

We love it! Pros: The size of the item is great for the space and we love the look of it against the color of our wall. The price was great, too! Cons: It was both a HUGE pain to get out of the tube that it was shipped in and when trying to apply it onto the wall! It took three of us to finally get it properly applied and it was definitely a workout! Contrary to the instructions, the credit card trick did not work that well for us (it could have been that our walls are not smooth, but the area was cleaned prior to the attempt). The lettering would not come off on its own and we had to work with each individual letter and that was definitely not ideal, but the end result was totally worth it! Although it was quite the hassle to apply, we would absolutely recommend purchasing this decal offered. Please just be prepared to work at it for ample amount of time, as it takes work to apply. Glad to know that the Lord was with us as we eventually got this up, as it was literally written on the wall! God bless all!

This decal is beautiful and well-placed in my home. I placed it on the wall at the front door as a reminder that God has His eyes on me daily as I leave my home and enter into society. I now remind myself that Im a representative of the person He’s molding as a representative of who “He” wants me to be. The decal is not just words decorating my wall. It makes a clear statement to me of …”The God In Me!”

I had read a few reviews prior to ordering and one buyer said that the dots had some yellow in them. She was correct. All dots are not totally pink, some are pinkish with white, pinkish with yellow and pinkish pink. But they are 4" and are easy peasy to apply. You can pull them off easily too in case you need to move. They will not damage wall at all. My room is about 10 x 12 and I placed the dots at the top half of the walls and it covered 2 1/2 walls. I spaced them about 4" to 6" apart depending where they were. My wall colour is eggshell.

I love the way it looks on my wall <3 It is definitely not a task to tackle on your own, it definitely takes two people because of the size. I would recommend cutting away excess paper as you go, and to follow the instructions. If there was a downside to this, I would have liked for the adhesive to have already been attached to the decal for this price.

I’m obsessed! I bought two different floral selections, and mixed them. This could not have turned out better. Much easier than regular wallpaper. A couple of helpful hints… I cut the flowers out while leaving them on the backing so I could more easily handle them. The larger flowers peel about 14 down and place that top part on the wall, and then very slowly pull the backing off. That way it’s easier to handle with just one person. I laid out the general design on the floor before putting it up on the wall. That way I only had to adjust a couple of the flowers. This or any other type of wallpaper will absolutely not work on a textured wall. Your wall must be smooth, or buy a joint compound and apply with a large putty knife as a first step. This also must be primed and let to dry for two weeks before applying decals. Very easy to apply and high quality adhesive.The quality is amazing and the graphics are beautiful! I highly highly recommend!

I ordered a couple packages of these decals and installed them in my bedroom. They were easy to install and reposition. They look great and haven't moved, peeled or curled and it has been more than six months. I get a lot of compliments on them and people always think it was custom painted. When they find out how easy it was and how much it cost they are amazed. I found the colours to be true. Because I had two packages I had a few extra and spread them around in unexpected places. I have a little bird resting on my lightswitch and a flower peeking out from behind my mirror. They are very fun and add a custom look to my room. I am going to add some to my bathroom renovation this summer.

My granddaughters helped me hang the decals on a wall in my den, which has pictures of my seven grandchildren hanging on it.. What a beautiful display. The letters were so easy to hang and could be peeled off of the wall if misplaced with no trouble at all. My walls are painted light gold, so the black letters really pop and the darker gold letters even stand out. The "peel-offs" are words, not individual letters, with each letter in the word being held together by clear vinyl. Live, Laugh, and Love are in black and all of the other words are in gold. They are accompanied by matching diamond decals. There are extra ones in the package, should you wish to use them as embellishments. I love my display and I was able to bring a new look to the room simply by adding these decals.

The decals were much easier to put on the wall than I anticipated. I unrolled the branches and weighted them down with books for a few days to flatten them before working with them. I also cut out each branch and bird so they were all separate and easier to handle. Definitely do the credit card thing explained in the instructions before attempting to put them on your wall. Otherwise the decal doesn't always stick to the clear transfer sheet when you pull the paper backing off. Work slowly applying the clear transfer paper portion to the wall, going from one side of the pattern to another; using one hand to remove the paper backing and your other hand to push the clear paper (with decal) onto the wall. You need to do this slowly so no wrinkles form. It took less than 30 minutes to get the three branches and all the birds up on my walls. Looks great! Super pleased with results. I am already thinking of ordering another decal.

These trees are perfect for my woodlamd themed nursery. We are currently renting an apartment so painting was not an option. This was just the thing to give the walls some character in a very small space. Putting them up took some time, but was not difficult at all. We have very tall ceilings so I got the 96" and started at the ceiling working our way down. The furniture in the room covers the bottom portion of the walls so you cannot see that they do not reach the floorboards. It is very important to plan this out prior to purchase and orderi g the right length for your room. We decided not to use the leaves, but kept them just in case we change our mind later. The trees covered much more wall space that I thought they would. I plannedon just doing the crib wall but was able to to do two full walls! Taping them up first to be sure you like the spacing and layout is a good idea. I got the brown ones and they are a very dark rich brown color almost black. Looks great with my dark brown furniture against the white walls.

Best stuff ever!! And when installed *correctly, very easy to put up with one person, even on a sliding glass door. Second: it’s making an enormous difference in the temperature of my west facing windows. I put a thermometer on the window sill on an 81 degree day. Without the film it read 119 and kept climbing. With the film it went down to about 82-84. See pictures below. *I did it incorrectly the first time. Only used a quick sprit of water beneath and thought I had to cut the pieces smaller to try and get the bubbles and wrinkles out. Then I looked up a video via YouTube and game changed!! Directions to install: First make sure you have a small squeegee, and a spray bottle with baby shampoo and water. The shampoo with help the squeegee slide across the film easier. Measure your window and cut the film to the correct size, if not just a smidge smaller. Spray the window thoroughly with the soapy water -so it drips. Peel off that film and apply to the window. If it starts to stick too quickly and isn’t easy to adjust/move add more soapy water beneath it. When you have it where you want it spray the soapy water just as much on the top. Then use the squeegee to wipe across and remove the water beneath and any bubbles and wrinkles. (Trust me this makes it SOOO much easier.) Do this until you’ve got all the bubbles and soap out. Then wipe the drips dry. Trim off any excess. Pix: window with film on one side, and. It on the other. And the thermometers are before (119) and after (82) the film, mentioned above. Don’t hesitate. Get this now!!

Works pretty good and somewhat challenging to work with since it is opaque and you must really focus to be sure you cut piece in the shape you need on the right side. I had a complicated shape to cut and install. This opaque patten could be better at camoflaging whats on the other side. This is to give guests in the loft room with a designed window a bit of privacy to the kitchen/ dining area. It is just on the lower half of the indoor window.

Really like this window film...very easy to install! We have a dog that likes to “perch” and bark at the world going by so needed to block our front door window so light comes through but no one could see outin. I YouTubed how to install window film and best practice was to have a spray bottle of plain dish soap and water and spray entire window as you are installing...this provides some flexibility in maneuvering the film a bit. We also found that by ensuring we had the top left and left side were 100 square (we are both right-handed), rest was easy! We have 4 more windows to do and are going to cut to fit exactly first and try installing that way...seriously, wetting the entire window with the soapwater spray (until it is literally dripping!) gave ability to maneuver a bit with the film. The windows however are not huge (ie not like large living room...these are for a door and kitchen sink that neighbors can see into my kitchen) Love it so far!

Oh, my, such a pretty (and necessary) addition to our room that needed privacy. After attempting to purchase a real stained glass piece to fit in this window (it arrived broken, and was over $200), I decided to try an alternate route. This piece is exactly as pictured and described, beautiful colors and design; made very well, excellent instructions, and so super easy to install—not always the case with items such as this. Absolutely delighted with this purchase! The colors are a little warmer than shown in the pictures below. I took a photo from the outside of the house. As you can see, it is much more muted, which is fine with me. It will show nicely at night with the room lit.

Excellent product although i ordered way too much. I used on a large bay window and did not measure so i ordered 6 rolls , i only needed 4. Make sure your window is clean , and load a spray bottle with soapy water. Stuff goes up really easy and looks fantastic from inside and out. Natural light still comes through , just much softer . Be sure to measure once, measure twice and before cutting, measure again . Took about 45 mins from start to finish to do a very large window.

Beautiful design. I live in an apartment was looking for solutions for privacy on certain windows, and wanted an option to not have to drill holes into the wooden window frames to hang curtain rods. I used them in a window in my bedroom, another covering what used to be a side entrance to this older home converted apartment on some of the smaller windows in my laundry room. The colors are beautiful. I gave 45 stars because it’s very difficult to get the films to lay 100 flat with no air bubbles. They look great from the inside of the housefront side of the film. But I do notice air bubbles lines if I am on the exterior of the home. Not a major inconvenience, just trying to give a 100 accurate review. Overall would still highly recommend!! Adds extra charm for me in this older style apartment as it pays homage to a well preserved stained glass window on the 2nd floor. Would look beautiful in similar style historic homes at a much lower price tag than actual stained glass.
