As a jar, this works as an object first: leave it empty where it can be seen, or fill it with dried stems and branches. Set it beside a sofa, on a console or at the base of a shelf, wherever a quiet anchor earns its keep.

The Tortuga collection is defined by richly colored glass and layered tonal variation. Its Tortoise finish introduces depth and warmth through subtle gradations of amber, brown and translucent shadow, giving each piece a sense of visual movement and individuality. Balanced, substantial forms ground the Tortuga collection’s expressive surfaces, allowing the vase and candle holders to function as sculptural accents whether in use or at rest. The result is a series that feels refined yet atmospheric, bringing material richness and quiet character to a space. Each piece of glass is made entirely by hand. Subtle variations in color, clarity, thickness and surface character are inherent to the process and reflect the authenticity of handcrafted glass.

I'm not sure I'll keep this. It's much lighter in weight than I expected, and the "metal" is a little worn on the top edge. Looks like some of the metal rubbed off (if this is even metal, which is suspect). It's not the quality I expected. The color matches what I wanted though so I'll think about it more on keeping or returning. Maybe once it's full it won't show.. Karen. Lakewood, CO. Sat Sep 12 2026

This ceramic table vase involves pigmented clay and a stone buffing technique inspired by Peruvian craftspeople to create stunning results. A smooth texture and a glossy muted hue stand out and work well alongside a variety of color palettes to bring modern style to any room. I broke the larger vase trying to lift it out of the box. I tried gently pulling it out with 2 hands and I heard it crack, and when it was removed from the box I saw a pretty big crack starting at the top and curved down to the vase's bottom. I was, as I am always, careful handling anything like this. Big time bummer. I put it back in the box and wrapped it up for disposal. No need for you to do anything. I am happy with just the small vase - I guess if you could give me some sort of partial refund, that would be nice - but I don't want to go to the trouble of shipping this back to you. Most importantly, please advise any future purchasers that these vases are very fragile and to be extra careful unpacking them.. Dorothy. Killingworth, CT. Wed Dec 03 2025
