Large Tropical Decorative Boxes

Rattan-wrapped wood frame and wide open glass panels make a great box for shells and other artifacts. Yet another classic touch of casual elegance.

Pretty, almost exactly as described. I'm using it to display a Japanese doll. Allow 10.25" x 10.25" for the footprint, & 16.125" for the external height. The inside easily accommodates 8" x 8" x 15.25", though you could squeeze in an additional half-inch on each of the shorter sides by filling the square all the way to the glass, rather than just resting on the bottom wood panel. That bottom panel is oddly rough compared to the rest of the piece; I'll probably paint it a glossy finish. One tiny spot of rattan needs a drop of glue.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 07 2023

In a traditional wrapped rattan, with a glass top, these display boxes are at home in the traditional setting. Fill with jewelry, seashells or tuck away your remotes.

Sold as a set of two, the Midnight Bamboo Box brings a collected, traditional touch to a console or desk while keeping the everyday odds and ends neatly tucked away. Two nesting boxes are crafted from acacia wood with bone inlay framed in metal, arranged to mimic the look of bamboo. Each one is lined with cotton linen, and the hand-finished surface shows subtle pattern variation that makes every set feel one of a kind.
