From Fida Hussein in India, this petite decorative box is covered with blossoms. The rectangular box is crafted of weeping willow wood and covered with papier mache. It is then carefully painted by hand with colorful oil paints, and completed with a coat of lacquer. The box is lined with velvet to hold small treasures.

Wearing coats of radiant carnations, two charming bunnies are transformed into fascinating jewelry boxes. Nantana Sompamitre carves the boxes from mango wood and decorates them with Thailand's legendary lacquer artistry.

This 2-piece set of decorative boxes provides a versatile storage solution for your entryway, living room, or office. Each piece features a lacquer finish that brings a polished look to your shelving or tabletops, while the wooden interior offers a safe spot to organize small essentials. A fabric lining inside protects your items from scratches or scuffs as they rest. These boxes are designed with a hinged lid that makes it simple to access jewelry, keys, or remote controls. It also includes metal latch hardware for a secure and complete look.

These appear to be solid construction. The boxes are covered in a veneer which gives it the distinct look. The smaller box in the set I received has a slight misalignment between the lid and bottom, but otherwise, these are very nice for the price.. Kimberly. US. Sun May 17 2026
