After reading a previous review on this product, we were concerned ours would arrive and break into pieces as soon as we tried to uncrate it. Thankfully, we had nothing to worry about. Packaging was impeccable, even if there was a huge gouge in the back of the cardboard box. The box was reinforced with wood and rubber strips, like the ones on the corners of the mirror. The mirror is very, very thin and potentially fragile. It’s also extremely heavy. I’m will need reinforcements to install. All the parts were accounted for and all four French cleats are in good shape. We will actually mount it vertically (shown horizontal in my picture) but again, I’m will need two more people to do that. I would recommend this mirror, knowing that with all purchases of this type, you risk damage in transit. I’m anxious to get it up so that we can start using it.. Joan. Greenville, South Carolina.
